The privacy policy consists in the protection of personal data. And that is a commitment for AMAEI – Association of Musicians, Artists and Independent Publishers, based on the people and partners with whom we deal daily in the execution of our professional activity.

AMAEI in the implementation of its work activity, accesses and deals, only when necessary, with personal data of our customers. Because that may interfere with the development of our professional activity. With the privacy policy, we wish to communicate how AMAEI processes these personal data and where they go. As well as to clarify the rights of the data subjects and how they can exercise these rights.

How can AMAEI use your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

-Providing services related to our professional activity;

-Fulfillment of legal obligations;

The Association may have to communicate the personal data collected to third parties that are involved in the provision of the services contracted by it, as well as to judicial, fiscal and regulatory authorities, with the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations.

The data collected will be processed only for the purposes indicated above. And we will be keeping only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

If you wish to keep your data and information that AMAEI has, you do not have to carry out any procedure. However, if you wish to make the opposite procedure and in accordance with the legislation on Personal Data Protection. The holders of personal data may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation and portability, requesting it in writing to amaei@amaei.net.
